EVIDENCE BASED THERAPY
More Effective Than Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Gel for Knee Osteoarthritis
In a randomized clinical trial, ENDORET PRGF decreased the pain and stiffness of knee osteoarthritis more effectively than three (3) hyaluronic acid (HA) gel injections.
During the study, 83% of patients treated with ENDORET PRGF experienced less pain while patients treated with hyaluronic acid (HA) gel demonstrated a gradual return of pain over time. One year after the treatment, 60% of ENDORET PRGF patients continued to note decreased pain. None of the patients treated with ENDORET PRGF presented with any adverse reactions to the treatment.
Effective Treatment for Chronic Lower Back Pain
In a clinical case series study of 86 patients with chronic lower back pain, a statistically significant decrease of pain (*) was demonstrated in 90% of patients 6 months after treatment with ENDORET PRGF. Before treatment, the average pain (VAS) score was 8.4 out of 10 and six months after treatment the average pain score was 0.8 out of 10.
